Xplore, Electric Bicycle Trails
The area around the Panama Canal was U.S. territory from 1903 to 1979 and the El Espinar neighborhood was home to canal workers and their families. After the attack on Pearl Harbor during WWII, the military built bunkers in the neighborhood in the event of an attack. Today, visitors can enjoy a scenic electric bike ride through El Espinar and the tropical forest. Acqua Xplore is the final stop, offering the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful scenery surrounding Gatun Lake, go kayaking, or simply relax.

Aventuras Panamá: The Caves of Bayano
Bayano Lake is a Panamanian jewel that forms the natural habitat of hundreds of birds and other animal species. The lake is famous for its caves, formed by an underground river eroding the limestone, as well as wind and floods. This tour includes a four-hour walk through the caves to see their formations and the animals that live there. The trek requires being physically healthy and able to swim, but above all, having a spirit that wants to get away from the bustle of the city.
