Exercise to improve your memory

According to a recent study, if you want to improve your memorization ability, for example, when you are preparing for an exam, you should exercise lightly for about ten minutes before studying. High-resolution magnetic resonance studies of the brain’s behavior published in the scientific journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences showed that a short exercise routine increases connectivity between parts of the brain, such as the hippocampus and the cortical areas, which are responsible for forming and storing memories. Short exercise routines throughout the day will help your memory and decrease the time it takes you to learn daily tasks, including simple things like where you parked your car or left your keys.
